What utilities are included with the rent?
Water services are included. Trash services and sewer may be covered depending on the specific property. Residents are responsible for all other utilities unless otherwise noted by management.
What is the required security deposit?
The security deposit is generally equal to one month’s rent. This may vary if we are running a promotional offer or special at the time of application.
What is the square footage of the units?
Square footage differs from unit to unit. Each apartment layout is unique, so please ask management for the exact measurements of the specific unit you are interested in.
How long has the apartment been vacant?
Vacancy times differ depending on availability and turnover. Most of our units have been vacant for less than six months, but current details can be provided upon request.
What are the rental requirements to qualify?

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in our communities. Required paperwork, such as vaccination records or additional pet forms, must be completed as part of the approval process.
What are the available lease terms?
We offer a 12-month lease term only. Please contact management for more details or current availability.
What is the maximum number of occupants per unit?
Occupancy standards are as follows:
• 1 Bedroom: Up to 3 people
• 2 Bedroom: Up to 5 people
• 3 Bedroom: Up to 6–7 people
These limits help ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents.
